Patricia Hilton works in group settings, contributing to the transformation of organizations through promoting and using collaborative tools, systematic management approaches, and interactive facilitation and training techniques. Her principal areas of expertise are in facilitation and graphical facilitation of planning and training sessions focused on performance excellence; and planning, budgeting, and managing interactive training programs and workshops. In addition, she has provided coaching, support and technical assistance to a large cadre of volunteers. Ms. Hilton has managed various aspects of program planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and process improvement during her tenure with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program at the National Institute of Standards and Technology; the National Training Center, a project of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center; and through engagements with a variety of other government and non-profit organizations. Her work with teams is extensive.
Ms. Hilton has worked collaboratively to plan and facilitate strategic planning sessions and meetings of all types; developed and used graphical templates to support transfer of knowledge and information; and served to graphically record meeting proceedings for the purpose of helping participants create a visual and cognitive connection with information being presented or processed. In addition, she has conducted workshops; developed training curricula; piloted and revised materials; and engaged in process and outcome evaluation of a variety of programs and projects
Patricia brings to clients relevant knowledge and experience along with a unique perspective and skill set, having a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Communications Design, Master of Fine Arts with an emphasis in drawing; Distinguished Toastmaster standing; extensive education and training in project management and various facilitation techniques; and years of experience working with national and state government and non-profit organizations. She creates and executes projects that are engaging to participants while focusing on producing meaningful results.
Ms. Hilton is also an accomplished fine artist.
